The talent agency for AI ads.

Belasco represents real models who have licensed their likeness for AI-generated advertising. You make the images and video. We hold the release, log every asset against it, and pay the model for each one you export.

Real faces also perform better. Audiences pull back from fully synthetic people, and the ad pays for it. A real model with AI-changed wardrobe, hair or setting still reads as a person.

From January 1, 2027, California joins New York in requiring a visible disclosure on ads that feature AI-generated people who are not real individuals. Ads that use a licensed likeness of a real person fall under consent and contract law instead. That paperwork is what we handle.

For brands and agencies running paid social in New York and California.

How it works

  1. Cast from the roster. Every model signed a release that names the uses it covers, negotiated with their own counsel or union.
  2. Generate your creative. Each image and video is logged against the model, the release and the campaign.
  3. The model is paid when you export. Each export is metered and paid out automatically, so there is no fee negotiation per campaign and no tracking across ad networks.

Questions

Who enforces these laws?
New York fines $1,000 for a first violation and $5,000 after that. California treats a violation as false advertising, so the state and private plaintiffs can both sue.
We already run ads with AI people. What now?
Keep running them with a disclosure, or recast them with a licensed likeness. We will review your current creative with you either way.
Is this legal advice?
No. Talk to your own counsel about your campaigns. We will share the statutes and our release terms with them.
